Abstract

This research is aimed at evaluating and optimizing the system of proposals and developing the participation of employees of the Agriculture-Jahad Organization based on the model (CIPP). The statistical population of this research includes 600 people of employees and experts of the Agricultural-Jahad in Bushehr Province. In this study, random stratified sampling method was used. To calculate sample size, Morgan table was used and 260 samples were selected of which 235 completed questionnaires and delivered to the researcher at the end. A questionnaire was used to perform the research, which was designed and evaluated using the checklist designed by Stufflebeam. Content validity and reliability of this questionnaire were calculated using Cronbach's alpha test. The results of the research show that the four dimensions of evaluation and optimization of the proposals system (context, input, process and product) are of desirable quality and comparing these dimensions together show a significant difference between the above dimensions, so that the output has less desirability compared to the other three dimensions.
