Abstract

In India, today’s Banking sector is going through a transition period. Numerous researchers described the practices of Strategic HRM is important in success of any organization. Training and development programs have become important Resources of human resource management of banking sector as it improves the skills and attitude of both employers and employee. Therefore, they are considered as major role of human resources management practice and become a need component of global organizational management. The major responsibility of banking sector is to create a right mix of conceptual understanding, attitude and skills among their employees. For achieving this, a continuous training interventions process is provided to the employees in banking sector. Most of the company has recognized the need of training programs.
