Power Quality Enhancement in Grid PV system using Fuzzy Controller
Abstract
Abstract-Power quality plays significant role in an inter connected power system. Good power quality means voltage without any distortion and within tolerance limits.. To meet the increasing energy demand, renewable energy resources are being encouraged nowadays. Solar photo voltaic is the major renewable energy source among all renewable sources due to its advantages; the advantages include less carbon emission, abundant availability, Low environment pollution. But interconnecting solar PV to grid affect power quality. Inverter is the key element in grid connected PV to control power between dc source and load. In this paper the power quality problems at the PV grid by connecting unbalanced load are analyzed and a fuzzy controller is designed to enhance power quality.
