AN EXTENSIVE STUDY ON THE APPLICATIONS AND SECURITY ISSUES OF RFID TECHNOLOGY IN IOT

Abstract

To identify objects a technology called Radio frequency identification system (RFID) is used and its used to learn metadata or to govern individual machines through radio waves. This technology is used globally to track the objects and control the objects by attaching the reader to the internet. This is referred as Internet of Things (IOT). RFID is often considered as one of the building blocks of IOT. This paper presents the RFID technologies and discourses the RFID challenges and their applications.
