Sense of Humor and Work Culture: A consideration towards humor appreciation to co-construct organizational expectations

Abstract

This exploration centers two central parts of comical inclination and work culture in an inn setting. Work culture is a perplexing build in lodgings, comprising of various frames of mind, recognitions, qualities and convictions and assumes a huge job in directing the connection between comical inclination and work culture. The present examination was done on 156 workers (directors, center and cutting edge staff) of various private division inns in Bangalore. Member's age extend was 21 years to 50 years. The significant goal of this examination was to explore the connection between comical inclination and work culture among in inn industry. Work assessment review scale created by ZeynepAycan (2000) and for comical inclination a seven point scale created by Paul Mc Ghee was regulated. This examination infers that despite the fact that the enthusiasm for comical inclination by representatives has been sporadic, comical inclination stays an inescapable and significant region of research and has capability of giving critical experiences into hierarchical desires in co-building the work culture.
