Analyzing of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management) toward the Performance Construction Service Industry in Indonesia by using SEM-PLS

Abstract

More than one hundred thousand construction services companies specially in the sector (EA 28) have been certified and integrated management system ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. In the other hand, Management system of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018have many difficulties while integrating and setting up the procedures. The main purposes of integrating system management into one framework such as, to avoid the failure management system that the companies can make it easy while integrating the system and also it have a positive or negative impact on the Indonesian construction service in sector industry, Construction and Industry Services in Indonesia has been verified and has been done in surveying 297 organizations with qualifications company K3, M1, M3. It has been certified integrated system management with a 3-year cycle, IMS Identification of PESLTE indicators (Political, Economic, Social-Culture, Technology, Legal, and Environment). It was tested by using statistic method of  management Structural Equation Models Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) Algoritm, The result 3 standard of risk assessment, 66 requirements of integrated management system ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. It was focused on Clause 4 Context of the Organization and Clause 6 Planning Risk Level 10, Risk Analisis PESTLE, 52 indicators Internal External Issues Showing at Critical Risk Level 9.1, tested using Structural Equation Models Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), Algorithm with 3 times the measurement of formative models from 52 to 11 indicators Paremeter Political, Economic, Social-Culture, Technology, Legal, Environment, Hypothesis Significance SEMPLS studies show H1 - H7 Effect of 11 Indicators PESTLE has no effect on Integration Performance Industrial Construction Services In Indonesia or Negative impact means to be a risk action is carried out with corrective actions and gives a positive impact on improving the performance of financial revenue in 2016 - 2018 K3 ± 2.5 billion (30%), M1 ± 11.1 billion (25%), M2 ± 62.4 Billion (20%) negative impact there was a decrease in the number of contractors ± 60% that survived only ≤ 40% for the period of 2016-2018
