Abstract

In today’s cloud computing environment, when number user’s request arrives at the cloud data center, the demands must be allocated to different VMs. This parallel data allocation process is performed by the Dynamic Resource Allocation (DRA) model. It can distribute the data equally across the Cloud Computing (CC) systems for task scheduling and service providing. But still, it presents some numerous problems, which is related to the unpredictability of data performance, resources sharing, time of execution, the energy efficiency of resources based on needs and many others. In the purpose of prediction method and load balancing in a dynamic resource allocation strategy is one of the important models in the cloud environment. The load balancing(LB) can solve the allocation problems, this can prove a way to reduce the cost and Makespan. The resource allocation, LB and Scheduling are the main important service in CC. The goal of resource allocation in computing is used to balance the load between virtual resources. Therefore, the execution time, cost, LB, scheduling and SB are the main parameters for solving the DRA problem.
