Performance Analysis of Various Full Adders

Abstract

A Comparison of adder elements in performance is proposed with parameters like area, delay, power and PDP in 130 nm technology with a supply voltage of 1.2V using Mentor Graphics. The performance of 6Transistor adder element is compared with conventional (28T), Mirror adder(24T),16T,8T in association with Power, Delay and PDP for different adder elements are evaluated in transient analysis and identifies the best adder element in performance for portable digital applications.
