A Study on Banks Providing Two-Wheeler Loans and their Impact on Purchasing Decisions
Abstract
The rising demand for personal vehicles in India, particularly two-wheelers, has been significantly supported by the availability of two-wheeler loans provided by various banks. This study examines the impact of these loans on consumer decisions to purchase two-wheelers. By analyzing data collected from 120 respondents through structured questionnaires, the study identifies the key factors influencing customer preferences for bank loans, the challenges they face, and the overall satisfaction with the loan services offered by both public and private sector banks.
