Abstract

ERP systems that are the talk of the town are adequately constructed, planned, and arranged with the concept to create and supply businesses with an integrated information system for effective decision-making to produce and to give businesses with an integration platform. The framework's applicability and integration with the AHP technique were proved through a case study in an Indian mid-sized company undergoing ERP implementation. The nature of our case study research is exploratory. Its purpose is to implement the framework in a real-world scenario so that readers can see what kind of results they can expect, and Learn from it. Data was gathered from members of this mid-sized company's ERP team. The AHP technique was used to prioritise the nine customization choices in the ERP customization framework based on the needs of the customers. Customization in ERP projects is a dangerous, yet necessary, step that businesses must take in order to connect their acquired ERP solution with their corporate goals and business processes. The several research projects that are the focus of this study are implemented and described in depth.
