Abstract

Solution processable colloidal nanocrystals of a variety of semiconductor materials have been synthesised and studied in the past few decades as they display size tunable optoelectronic properties with respect to their bulk counterparts. Here, we report a study on optical properties colloidal zinc nitride (Zn3N2) nanocrystals. We investigate their excitonic properties via analysing the temperature dependence of the steady-state and time-resolved photoluminescence spectra
