Palmprint Recognition System Using Artificial Neural Network: Application to E-Learning

Abstract

Over the last few years, there has been a lot of study into palm print recognition. Palm print capture, preprocessing, feature extraction, enrollment, and matching are all steps in palm print recognition.

The main goal of this research paper is to go over the fundamentals of palm print recognition, including its features and analysis, in order to better understand and find an efficient algorithm in the near future. Palm print images have a lot of unique features that make them a very competitive topic in biometric research.
