Demographic Aspects and Educators Combine Efficacy of Secondary School Teachers: A Inferential Analysis
Abstract
This research looks for a possible link between demographic characteristics and teacher collective efficacy in the hopes of finding a better strategy to meet school goals by employing the proper teachers and boosting student accomplishment. A survey was done in six secondary schools in the NCR area, with 75 teachers responding. The replies were statistically analysed, and a significant difference in teacher collective efficacy was found between the older and more experienced teaching staff and the younger and less experienced teaching staff. The paper indicates that demographic parameters such as age and teaching experience have a direct impact on teachers' collective efficacy, implying that recruiting the correct teaching staff in the first place is crucial for enhancing teacher collective efficacy.
