Abstract

Placement or campus recruitment are the most crucial and important part of the management course. It is the final output of the entire academics and other activities that a students get to learn and aquire in the tenure of his management course. The recruiters of these Management graduates are the industry experts who are in constant need of talent and ideas. However, there are several difficulties in this process of need and availability, or demand and supply. The challenges are on both the sides- recruiters as well as the students and the management institutes.

This research paper is about understanding the problem areas in the porceess and concept of campus recruitment and to find solutions and try to reach a win win situation for both the entities.
