Abstract

Talent Management is becoming a critical area for an organization’s success. It ensures that a sufficient supply of talent is available across the organization to achieve competitive advantage, to enhance corporate performance and improving the productivity of the organization’s talent pool. Managers should strive to keep their employees engaged. Employee engagement strategies increases commitment and communication.The study has been based on survey method to find out the impact of employee engagement practices towards talent management.
