Abstract

In today’s upcoming technological world everything is becoming very practical and to assemble everything is not an easy task. Human resource management is the key factor which is very important in each and every organization whether it is service based industry or technical based industry. In sector like tourism and hospitality industry it becomes first priority for any management committee to properly coordinate the staff in order to maintain the proper ordinance among the customers. In this paper we will study about all the possible aspects related to HRM activities in Tourism and hospitality sector.
