Abstract

In the age of the on going technology Low voltage and low power are need of the today dvice development. In the field of the VLSI technology the most important building block of most continuous time system is OTA. In this paper presented a flipped voltage follower based OTA design for low power and high transconductance. In this proposed OTA design 45nm CMOS environment is used with ±0.7V supply voltage. The transconductance of the OTA is 12µS-166 µS which is tunable by varying supply voltage. The power consumption of the proposed OTA is 90µW and the input swing range of the proposed OTA is 200mVp-p.
