This small analysis analysed the outcomes of an organization's Covid-19 number in relation to the degree of their profitability. SMEs help to make societal, economic contributions. The COVID 19, which was originally only used by the military, has been turned into an economic, social and health support structure. The latest epidemic may have serious economic implications around the globe. To limit the pandemic transmission of this flu, the world government should enforce curfews, an avoidance ban from activities, social isolation from those who are sick, keep away from people who are ill, a lock down of non-essential industries, some of the best crowd management devices possible is a police officer standing at attention. This research aimed to determine how the pandemic and TTV are only limited to SMEs in India and U.P. for companies supply and demand, sales, impacted the workers and other company activities. Much of the small-medium sized companies (SMEs) met with the lack of cash flow, which induced a substantial reduction in cash receipts. This in turn culminated in a drop of accounts receivable, which means the businesses were unable to fund their operating expenses. Finally the study advises that the SMEs stakeholders like the chamber of commerce, government, foreign partners, banks and other interested parties is a required to take an urgent stimulus package to support immediate liquidity issues and negative impacts posed from the containment of COVID 19 and to maintain their presence and developments.
