WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND WOMEN EMPLOYEES IN PRIVATE BANKS OF NORTHERN INDIA

Abstract

Due to work pressure, it becomes hard to maintain balance between personal life and professional life.Women employees in the private bank take painful effort to complete their target and deliver various needs to customer.As compare to public sector bank, private sector bank’s employee is suffering from a lot of problem like job security, work pressure, target pressure, working time of bank, etc. Females are performing well in private bank sector and day by day giving new height to their bank’s growth. Co-workers are appreciating their female employees for good performance. The study attempts to find out difficulties of working women in private bank.
