Apriori Algorithm to Enhance the Customer Relationship Management for Overseas Education
In recent days overseas education becomes one of the growing fields in education sector. Developing new course, ideas and other related invention regarding overseas education is most important for the overseas education sector. In the other side Customer Relationship Management [Customer Relationship management] is Business intelligences that helps the firm to increases the business relationship with the customers, specifically CRM focused on the customer retention. In this paper uses apriori algorithm to enhance the customer relationship management of overseas education. And also uses some of the techniques of data mining to extract and analysis of data. Extracted data and results are representing using visualization techniques for better understanding. Integrating apriori algorithm with CRM data helps the firm to invent as well as develop new course and new techniques towards profit of the firm.
