Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop the Structural Equation Modeling for Digital Career Prediction Factor Produce Graduates to Digital Manpower which was divided into 2 steps: 1) For the analysis and synthesis of career prediction factors for producing graduates to the digital manpower 2) to develop the Structural Equation Modeling for Digital Career Prediction Factor Produce Graduates to Digital Manpower. A total of 250 respondents were selected by cluster sampling working in the computer field and the digital manpower, in which the results of the confirmation element analysis consisted of a total 5 factors were analyzed, and the relationship structure of factors was determined by the structural equation model analysis from the equation model. Instruments used to collect the data were questionnaire form and analyzed with software namely IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The analysis is based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Shows the overall indicators of good fit (c2 = 2330.870, c2 / DF =281, p = .000, CFI = .903, IFI = .904, TLI = .890, RMSEA = .059).
