Abstract

In this paper congestion is implemented by using cost-free approaches seeing FACTS controller (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) as example TCSC (Thyristor controlled series Compensator), and SSSC (Static Synchronous Series Compensators) devices. Overly objective functions are implemented for congestion management. "Those objectives are small signal stability, voltage stability, Real power loss reduction, Enhancing Transient stability." The best placement of FACTS controllers are managed by utilization sensitivity based Eigen value analysis and the Continuation Power Flow (CPF) analysis. Also this paper advanced the preferable employment which enhances voltage profile and minimize system losses in the lines by using Distribution Generation. The simulated annealing algorithm using Matpower software is utilized to advance the best placement of DGs with varies levels corresponding to losses. The execution analysis has been implemented for IEEE 39 bus by utilization MATLAB/PSAT (Power System analysis toolbox) software. The consequences accentuate that the suggested method has the ability to enhance the Voltage stability, small signal stability, Loss minimization, Transient stability of the implemented grid.
