Abstract

Service quality and corporate entrepreneurship are two essential elements of a business organization today, affecting a number of verticals such as revenues, consumer perception and sustainability in the market. The aim of this paper is to investigate how a convergence of the two concepts affects the organizational performance. Several parameters under the two concepts were identified. 136 employees working in 10 service sector organisations in India were surveyed for the purpose. It was found that service sector dimension, the tangibility aspect which focuses upon having the up to date information, materials used in workplace are usually appealing and the comfortable work environment will improve the economic value and the level of customer satisfaction in the organization.
