Abstract

Workplace and work experience are factors can affect to employee performance. To achieve a maximum performance, employees must be supported by a good internal environment and meet comfort standards, in addition the work experience also has an important role in supporting employee performance, the more work experience they have, the better the employee's performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the workplace and work experience on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method and total sample of this study is 86 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS software. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained results that partially the workplace and work experience have an influence on employee performance.
