The Flexibility of Company Bureaucratic, Marketing Capability and Its Performance
Abstract
One of the factors that determine the success of the company in marketing its products is the management of marketing. The good of marketing management is not be separated from Company performance that is good also. Therefore, the influence of the company support, flexibility bureaucratic company, and the marketing capability can affect marketing performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of company support, corporate bureaucratic flexibility, and the ability of the company's sales force on marketing performance, by examining 150 samples with random sampling. The instrument of research is using a questionnaire with two kinds of question that is open and closed. Thus, the method of data analysis uses quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression with SPSS software.
