A Novel Approach Diagnosis System using Convolutional Neural Network for Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract

In contemporary world, human life is affected by many diseases due to their food system and different kinds stress, or some traditional genetics problems. In this work, we address the Ulcerative colitis decease and how it affects the human body. Besides we determine the various factors to leads the decease and step by step diagnostic system using data mining techniques with technical solution with medical reference. First, we collect the medical dataset which consists of Ulcerative colitis with its different formation of Large Intestine using big data techniques. Next we extract the features using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for finding the Ulcerative Colitis (UC) stages for medication.
