A Dynamic cloud resource allocation using ANN and Ant-Lion Optimization algorithm
Abstract
Recent studies show that dynamic resource prediction and allocation in cloud environment is a challenging task. Consumption of physical machines needs to be optimized to minimize the cost. Though cloud resource prediction and allocation are interrelated with each other most of existing schemes concentrated individually. In this paper, a novel dynamic prediction and allocation method is proposed for cloud resources by using ant-lion optimization algorithm. For prediction purpose automated Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is utilized and Ant-Lion optimization algorithm is used for efficient resource allocation. The experiment results depict that the better performance results comparing to the existing methods with minimal cost and efficient scheduling.
