Survey on Crime Data Analysis Using a Different Approach of K-Means Clustering

Abstract

In today’s world, crime is considered as one of the largest obstacles and it has a big reason to move at the speed of fire concern all offences need to be monitored to investigate cases easily and quickly by the police department.  Instead of the focus on the cause of crime incidents we are primarily focusing on crime factors. A data mining is a computer-assisted method of mining through a vast dataset and then mining its significance and analyzing data from different viewpoints and summarizing it to useful information. In this paper describes a summary of the methodology and tool using data mining which is implemented in crime data analysis and prediction. Criminals also estimated the basis of crime data. Here we present detailed studies and the role in clustering techniques in crime applications and discriminate various crimes using clustering techniques based on events and regularity. The objective of this study is to evaluate how much k Means algorithm is possible to determine the current problem and solve.
