Abstract

Provisioning of deterministic QoS over variable services based on user applications over IoT network is demandable among research community. IoT finds numerous applications in real time use cases starting with bringing in effective decision making to be enabled from business intelligence, agriculture, smart home, office, forestry which supports on streaming services. Mechanism of QoS provisioning and successful session management of multiple query exchanges between IoT nodes increase the risk of traffic or flooding over network. The need to support on optimization of resource utilization with regard to provisioning of QoS with adaptive route discovery using Firefly swarm intelligence is the major discussion of this work. FSIN, the proposed work aims on design of an optimization route approach using firefly to determine route path as well as variable resource assignment over heterogeneous IoT devices for dynamic services. This approach evaluates on the threshold behaviour of desired QoS on-demand and performance show that objectives of FSIN satisfy on QoS device session longevity, minimal delay to achieve and optimal Quality of Service based on packet delivery rate.
