Accomplishment of Privacy Preserving Using Fuzzy and Investigating Using Weka Tools

Abstract

In the present scenario, each and every activity is going to be online. All data are to be kept online with the help of cloud computing and big data. Since there are so many data mining technique such as clustering, classification, rule mining etc can be apply to find out the knowledge from these dataset. At the same time, there should be risk of violating security of an individual person because of her/his personal data may be leak and misuse by third party. Recently ADHAR card data might be leaked and most of firm use for their personal use or to improve business or to do marketing.

Our fuzzy based approach by using fuzzy inference system with the help of Gaussian and triangular function maintain the privacy of personal data as well as give the useful knowledge. The continuous or discrete dataset are transformed to fuzzified dataset. We use Gaussian function to transform dataset. After that we also transformed fuzzified dataset to defuzzified dataset. So found that privacy of each has been maintain as well as mining activities can take place. We studied that the time complexity of any algorithm of PPDM technique ( k –anonymization)  is O(n2 ) whereas the complexity of our algorithm is linear i.e. O(n).
