Analysis of Success Implementation of Backoffice Integration Enterprise in Pt. Xyz Bank
Abstract
PT Bank XYZ is one of the largest private banks in Indonesia. In following the development of existing technology and enhancing competitiveness in society, PT Bank XYZ decided to implement a new system in the company internal with the name Enterprise BackOffice Integration in 2018 to help the processes that exist within the company. Writing this time is done in a year to find out whether the application of this new system affects the effectiveness and efficiency in the company. The test was carried out on the successful implementation of the new system using the Hot-Fit Analysis method, involving 7 variables, namely: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Organizational Structure, System Use, User Satisfaction and Net Benefit. This study uses a questionnaire distributed to 312 employees of PT Bank XYZ. The test is performed using SPSS with an error value α <0.05 and obtained from the test results that the variable System Quality and Organizational Structure affect the benefits through the intermediate variables System Use and User Satisfaction, while Information Quality and Service Quality only affect the Net Benefit through the System variable Just use it. In this study it can be concluded that Net Benefit is directly affected by System Use and User Satisfaction, but is indirectly affected through System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Organizational Structure variables.
