Abstract

The quality of air has been skeptically affected by manufacturing activities which have caused imbalances in nature . Air pollution has become a matter of concern  for all forms of life but the most affected ones are the residents of urban –industrial regions. The biggest threat that every nation is facing today , whether it is developed or developing, is air pollution.  In urban areas of developing countries where the increase in number of vehicles and industrialization leads to release of lots of gaseous pollutants due to which health related problems are growing at a very high rate. Nowadays we all suffer from various types of pollution problems from which air pollution is at the top. IOT technology can be integrated to remotely detect pollution without human involvement. By using the system that we have developed ,we can monitor the level of pollution from anywhere using our mobile phones or computer. The data collected by such a system can be easily transmitted to a web based application to ease monitoring real time data and allow immediate risk management. This APTM system can be located anywhere and we can also activate the device when pollution exceed some PPM level. When we Turn on the system the  gas sensors senses the air when the PPM level exceeds which we adjust , spontaneously suction pump starts and  it can send a warning via SMS to the respective monitoring panel.
