Analysis of Family Entrepreneurial Learning, Work Ethic Education and Entrepreneurial Intentions

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of our research is to measure the extent to which entrepreneurial intentions are transformed from family to children through family entrepreneurship learning and work ethic education in families. The research method used was the quantitative approach with survey. The study population is 6740 students spread across fifteen Vocational High School. Using probability sampling with simple random sampling techniques. The number of samples to be studied were 340 students. The results of the research are (1) Family entrepreneurship learning is in the high category, Family Entrepreneurship Learning is in the high category, Entrepreneurial Intentions are in the medium category. (2) Family entrepreneurship learning has a positive relationship with entrepreneurial intentions (3) work ethic education has a positive relationship with entrepreneurial intentions (4) Family entrepreneurship learning and work ethic education has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Research findings (1) on the variable Family Entrepreneurial Learning for learning indicators of innovation get the highest score and the lowest score is an indicator of the use of science and technology. (2) In the Work Ethics Education variable, the saving indicator gets the highest score and the lowest score is the future thinking indicator. (3) On the variable Entrepreneurial Intentions, business planning indicators.
