The essence is to deduce whether the administration of this cultural institution moved towards achieving the objectives surrounding its institutionalization within the study period. Information in the study derived from primary and secondary sources were qualitatively analyzed. Findings revealed that to achieve its cultural mandate, the institution through her administration, was able to create positive impact on the study area. Additionally, it was discovered that some challenges militated against the administration of this institution in attempting to meet up with its cultural expectations, with the most obstinate experienced being the entrenchment of Christianity into the traditional values of the study area. Concluding, the study reminded the people on the need to sustain their culture and ensure its protection from alien religions as it equally rooted their existence as a people.
