Social Service Technologies and Mechanisms of its Implementations

Abstract

Social service as a phenomenon gained institutional significance in the second half of the twentieth century, and over time, it has been developing as a network with its own technologies as a concept trio of “science + profession + science”. The article focuses on the theoretical and methodological aspects of social service technologies and their importance in the context of the global pandemic COVID-19. There are also examples of scientific research on the importance of technologies used in the social service system in society, which reflect the most important aspects. The article highlights the dynamic content of social service technologies and their application as “social demand and need + scientific achievements + social policy = model of social services”.
