Abstract

Satisfaction survey has become a primary tool to evaluate contractors’ perception about the work service quality of electrical installation, including the service done by vocational high school graduates in doing a certain job. This paper aims at revealing information about the service quality of employees who graduated from vocational high schools by conducting a survey. The survey was designed with relevant theoretical supports in designing survey, previous survey results, and other sources that accommodate the creation of survey instruments. The assessment of satisfaction, generally, is still in the critical position above the criteria. It may lead to a potential gap that may happen between vocational schools and companies so that improvement of school graduates to be able to work in accordance with company demands is necessary.
