Analysis on Social Banking for Sustainable Growth and Satisfaction on Social Targets

Abstract

This present empirical study focused on the exploration of determinants and satisfaction level on attainment of social targets of ESAF SFB, in Thrissur district of Kerala. The researchers have adopted survey method and questionnaire was designed to gather the information for the female customers of ESAF SFB. The data collected were subjected to data analysis and interpretation for the exploration of meaningful findings for research questions and statistical tools such as percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, mean based ranking, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis has applied for 210 samples collected from the respondents. The result reveals Necessities Factor, Inclusion Factor, Agricultural Development Factor, Health Development Factor, Enrichment Factor, Awareness &Training Factor, Empowerment Factor and Economic Development Factor are the major dimensions of satisfaction on social targets of ESAF SFB female customers. The researchers concluded that reasons for social bank selection, satisfaction on financial services, awareness on different types of loans have significant and positive influence on satisfaction of social targets.
