Abstract

Today, effective educational management has become a rising needs for Jordanian educational system. In order to achieve this aim, it is important to effectively evaluate the leadership of school knowing that it has wide range of functions such as creating conducive educational environment, creating a success vision for students academically, cultivating leadership in others, among others and employ various leadership practices in order to ensure effective management.
