Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women where various molecular parameters contribute to the development of breast cancer the identification of molecular targets is a great help to find the appropriate treatment for breast cancer. The protein-protein network analysis helps in finding the appropriate protein target for the development of anticancer agents against the particular cancer type. The occurrence of breast cancer has broadened the scope for protein-protein network analysis to look for the potential target for the development of drugs against breast cancer. The goal of the present study is to examine the important genes that play a significant role in the development of breast cancer, for this network of breast cancer genes have been constructed then the important nodes (genes) were established using node deletion analysis.
