Abstract

Li-Fi (Light-Fidelity) is transmission of data using visible light by sending data through a LED light bulb that varies in intensity faster than the human eye can follow. Li-Fi is a user friendly short range Communication which can help blind people for wise navigation at low-cost. Blind People feel the difficulty of navigation, even at indoor without assistance. Since visible light is present everywhere, the main idea of this work is to create internal navigation systems for the bigger areas to create automatic navigation and to help them in obstacle detection. Home automation for the visually impaired is also done for their easy access. The proposed System has been Simulated Using Proteus and Experimentally Verified.
