The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, on Knowledge Sharing and Its Impact on Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, knowledge sharing and its impact on employee job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method uses proportional simpler random sampling with a sample of 115 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation analysis method with the help of Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on knowledge sharing and job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing and organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
