Impact of Community Trustin Using Cashless Payment Toward Product Purchase Behavior in Modern Retail Outlets

Abstract

This study analyzes the product purchasing behavior in modern retail outlets as an impact of the Badung Regency people's trust in using Cashless Payment. This study uses quantitative analysis methods namely path analysis techniques with SEM-AMOS. The results of the analysis concluded that the confidence of the Badung Regency society in using Cashless Payment is very easy to use, easy to understand, very practical, flexible, and easily accessible. Another conclusion is that the use of Cashless Payment for the Badung Regency Society to Purchase Behavior of Products in Modern Retail Stores can allow for faster payments with better payment processing accuracy; provide a sense of security in the transaction and several benefits in the form of attractive promotions. The last conclusion is the impact of the Badung Regency Community Trust in using Cashless Payment is very useful as a means of payment that makes people switch from payment in cash and people are getting used to using non-cash payments when shopping at modern retail outlets and feel confident to reuse and recommend to colleagues.
