Flow Process in Fabrication of Prototypes Using 3D Printing Technology

Abstract

Ideology of present work is toexplore the concepts of advances in additive manufacturing technologies, usage of 3D printing technology in fabricating a prototype.  This paper aims to present the process steps involved in fabricating prototypes using fused deposition modelling (FDM)-3D printing technology. In this paper, OpenSCAD software has been used for creating computer aided design of the prototypes that are to be fabricated and Cura open software is used to slice the 3D CAD models.
