Abstract

Industry 4.0 requires dynamic personal who can accomplish the goals and objectives of companies. In this dynamic business environment identifying and recruiting talented personal is difficult and it requires effective recruitment strategy with less cost. Artificial Intelligence is a technology developed by human intelligence supports HR personal in recruiting and decision making. This technology will facilitate the machines to execute tasks as a normal human being with high speed and more precision. The research work is intended to understand and showcase the influence of Artificial Intelligence on recruitment with strong background from secondary data.
