Feedback As A Contribution To The Student Training Process Of The Second Grade Of Basic Education
Abstract
Feedback in the elementary area is important within the teaching-learning process and a key factor in the student's formation, in which this allows him to identify his weaknesses, to later improve and strengthen his academic performance. This research aims to determine the feedback to the student training process of the second grade of basic education. To do this, a survey was conducted of 15 elementary general basic education teachers, who teach or have taught in the aforementioned basic year, the results obtained detailing the level of knowledge teachers have about this process and what strategies they should promote the epistemological development of the student, achieving in itself the objectives of the educational quality standards as established by the Mineduc to create innovative, active, capable and motivating students to make their own decisions. It was shown that feedback is an adequate method to improve the pedagogical practices of teachers, thus allowing to improve the quality of teaching.
