Abstract

The work developed technologies for the separation of ethyl acetate from the efiraldehyde fraction and the production of ethyl acetate. The influence of temperature, quantitative ratio of starting materials, catalyst amount and other factors on the reaction yield to create ethyl acetate production technology was studied and the process was theoretically optimized. Based on the study of the effect of catalyst content on ethyl acetate yield, it was found that ethyl acetate yield increases to 1.0% sulfuric acid content. Experiments have shown that the lower the driving temperature of the catalyst, the higher the amount of ethyl acetate in it, and the lower the amount of ethanol and water in the catalyst. As a result of experimental research, technologies for the production of ethyl acetate from the ether aldehyde fraction and the production of ethyl acetate have been developed.
