Shopping using Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality

Abstract

Many things are disliked by customers about shopping, from poorly lit dressing rooms to misleading details to pushy salespeople. Digital and mobile technologies have helped in removing these factors, but there are numerous factors that affect the customers. With digital signage now, the norm and cell revolution nicely underway. Virtual reality (VR) and Augmented reality (AR) are all set for absolutely transforming the e-commerce business experience, replacing the pain points with fascinating and interactive reports. This paper discusses the various techniques used for enhancing the shopping experience of the users.
