Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, strategic alliances, and intellectual capital on the application of good university governance. This research is quantitative research - analysis using data obtained through surveys by distributing questionnaires to 65 universities selected through simple random sampling—technical analysis of data through the Structural Equation Model-SEM with PLS estimation. The results showed that there was a positive influence on leadership style and intellectual capital on the application of good university governance. However, there is not enough empirical evidence to state that the better the strategic alliance is implemented, the more it can improve good university governance.
