Optimization of Production Scheduling in Two Phase Flow Shop Scheduling Problem by Branch and Bound Technique under Fuzzy Environment
Abstract
Scheduling is a continuing practice where the existence of factual information often forces to re-examine and make amendment in pre – established schedules. The actual world is very complicated; complication in the world usually arises from vagueness. Due to this reason we bring in the theory of fuzzy environment in scheduling theory. Inthe presentpaper we introduced the perception of fuzzy processing time to show improbability. This study presents a Branch and Bound procedure for two stage flow shop scheduling model with equipotential machines at everyphase. The processing time of all the jobs is taken as triangular fuzzy numbers.
