Performance Analysis of Decrypted Images in Transformation and non-Chaotic Substitution based Image Cryptosystem

Abstract

In this article, performance analysis of image cryptosystem designed based on Modified Pseudo Hadamard Transformation (MPHT) and non-Chaotic substitution has been accomplished. Modified Pseudo Hadamard Transformation (MPHT) effectively reduces the redundancy and non-Chaotic Substitution condenses correlation between the adjacent pixels in the cipher image. Standard test images from Computer Vision Group (CVG) considered for experimental analysis. Immunity against noise attack is observed in a set of standard test images based on various mathematical analyses, better results are obtained from different types of noise attacks. About 97% of the structural content and 80% of similarity are observed between decrypted and original images under noise interference.
